Rejailbreak or Reinstall Cydia and see if that works

I already did I did a restore from a backup and I also did a new jailbreak but that did not work should I do a full restore but iTunes has a new update I'm at 4,31 and will new restore bring me back to original software on phone which is 3.13

I used redsnow untethered that should have taken old cydia off and put new on right

Try this first. This manually reinstalls Cydia.

    -Google: Cydia.deb
-On your desktop, create 2 folders:
Cydia & AutoInstall (pay attention to capitalization)
-Place the Cydia.deb file in the AutoInstall folder
-Place the AutoInstall folder into the Cydia folder
    -SSH into your phone
    -Place the Cydia folder into:
    /var/root/Media
*If you don't have the Media folder just create it.

    -Final result will be this:
    /var/root/Media/Cydia/AutoInstall/Cydia.deb

REBOOT and you'll have the Cydia App on ur springboard. See if the sources are there.
