Problems after updating Cydia to new version 1.1
I have iphone 4 with ios 4,2,1 and i just updated Cydia to new version 1.1 but this new update is full of bugs , first Cydia told me that it will remove default repos like Modmyi and bigboss and ultrasnow..etc and after cydia update finished i did restart to iphone as it asked and after that i opened cydia and i found that it didnot delete any repo and then it did refresh to all repos and packages and it showed me many error messages like these:

and also another error message like :
Package header error try to run apt-get update to ctify this error
Failed to fetch and also Another GPG error but this time it writes url of BigBoss repo
And i tried to remove Bigboss repo from cydia but when i did that cydia kept saying Reloading Data for too long time so I had to do restart to iphone to end this and after that i opened cydia and BigBoss repo was deleted but now I cannot find bigboss source in Repositories section in cydia and I cannot add it by adding url ( http://apt.bigboss.us.com/repofiles/cydia/ ) of bigboss repo manually
So how can i fix all these bugs in this silly cydia update?? and thanks for any help.Last edited by tito_66; 03-26-2011 at 09:57 AM.

Cydia homepage > More Sources > BigBoss
Anyone having issues with Cydia 1.1 on 4.3 and not being able to install anything from any repo, changes included? I get the old /usr/bin/dpkg error (2) error. Problem is that folder no longer exists so I can't do the old renaming available-old and status-old to fix it.Last edited by QuarterSwede; 03-28-2011 at 10:20 AM. Reason: Automerged Doublepost

After upgrading Cydia, a number of my programs crash (GoodReader, MarkRead, etc). I've read that I should upgrade to the latest iOS and then re-jailbreak. Does that sound like a fix?

so with me the same exact thing has been happening + more
i cant play my songs on my stereo with the usb cable anymore, it freezes and reboots. this is only after the cydia upgrade.
even after doing the fixes listed, it didnt fix that problem which is big for me since i listen to music alot when driving.
i had no choice but to do a clean install again, this time no upgrade to cydia and now it works fine again
