Cydia purchase question

I've researched and found that once I get a new phone I'll just have to sign into Cydia through Google to have all of my purchases transferred over but I want to know if once whoever I sell my phone to logs into Cydia, will they still have those apps. I paid for a few and just want to know if I can list in the eBay description that it does include the Cydia purchases I have on there now. Thanks a lot.

If they use the same account for Cydia that you purchased them under, yeah.

Well I don't want that. Kind of sucks because a tethering app would have been a nice selling point.
