Music Download Help

Hiya everyone. I'm new obviously, so i hope i'm not breaking any rules by asking about this. Well, i have an Iphone, jailbroken, and running Cydia. Now, i downloaded dTunes, so i could try getting music and movies and such. Whenever i go to a site (such as emp3world) and click download now, it pulls up this "Loading Movie" page, with the quicktime logo. Then it just starts playing the song. I'm pretty sure it's supposed to give me an option to like "Download" or "Play as multimedia", but it just opens it up with this screen:




Can anyone tell me what to do? I have no idea what i'm doing wrong.

Btw, no i don't intend to keep the music. I'm simply trying to figure out why this wont work. I really will not be using this for anything "illegal"

Well, it doesn't have to be in terms of dTunes. I think it's happening every time i try to download something, like off of safari.
