Cydia not showing in taskbar

Hello, I'm having a problem with Cydia where when I hit the home button Cydia Doesn't minimize to taskbar but quits entirely. Is this normal behavior or should it minimize to the taskbar? I'm using an Ipod Touch running 4.2.1 GreenPois0n Jailbreak.

Well it should if you're talking about the native multitasking bar below. But even if, Cydia doesn't multitask unless you're using backgrounder+multifl0w rather than the native feature. It seems normal that it would reload itself bc technically for safety reasons it quits when you exit. But it should still show up in the native multitask.

It doesn't quit when I exit I have to open the native switcher and close it myself.

I figured out the problem. Multicleaner has an option 'Global Settings->Remove Closed Apps' So when I'd minimize the Cydia app multicleaner would close it automatically. Anyhow thanks for the help!
