Default Cydia Issues...all of a suddon

So first off I'm a new user here, great site I've used it for a while for my troubleshooting!

So I'll try to be as brief as possible. I've got an iPhone 2G running 3.1.2, jailbroken with Blackra1n.

I've had everything working on it beautifully, except I have an App called Textfree for which my push notifications weren't working.

(my push wasn't working for anything, then I DLed pushfix and it fixed everything except textfree)

So today I decided to delete this pushfix, and add another one.

The problem is, when I tried to start cydia, it immediately crashed, before I could any repos or anything.

I've looked at everything, and cannot find the culprit.

I've gone to private/var/lib/apt/list and deleted everything, and then to private/var/lib/cydia and deleted 'metadata'.plist'

I restart cydia, and it starts itself and updates everything. It then gives me errors like "can't fetch" which it has always done, without a problem.

The problem is, after I click OK, it reloads one final time, during which it ALWAYS crashes.

I've tried editing the file cydia.list which contains all the repos, and i've removed several without luck. When I remove the repo I get an error "malformed line 3 in source list"

Even when removing that repo DOES work, I have to re-add all other repos, and they all come back bad. When I add again, it loads, gives some fetching errors, and cydia crashes.

Anybody have ANY idea what I can try here?

I've added bad repos before, and then removed them and cydia ran great, but this time I just cannot tell what the **** is messing up cydia.

I would really appreciate any help on this, thank you in advance!

update: This is what I get in regards to all the errors before its final reload, upon which it crashes

    WB:Notice: WinterBoard
W:[Failed to fetch http://ispaziorepository.com/./Release.gpg Host Unreachable]
W:[Failed to fetch http://ispaziorepository.com/./de.bz2 Cached Failure]
W:[Failed to fetch http://repo.smxy.org/cydia/apt/dists/xena/Release.gpg Host Unreachable]
W:[Failed to fetch http://repo.smxy.org/cydia/apt/dists...slation-de.bz2 Cached Failure]
W:[Failed to fetch http://ispaziorepository.com/./Packages.gz Cached Failure]
W:[Failed to fetch http://repo.smxy.org/cydia/apt/dists...rm/Packages.gz Cached Failure]
E:[Some index files failed to download, they have been ignored, or old ones used instead.]

UPDATE: Ok, I guess I have found a temporary fix. I SSHd into my iPhone, and I went to every directory that had anything to do with cydia or my repos, and I deleted them....ALL OF THEM.

When I booted my iPhone up and went into cydia, it refreshed everything and all was good.

The only weird thing is, it doesn't show any of my repos, but whatever they packages are installed and that's all I care about now.
