iOS 4.2.1+ Errors

Hey guys,

I've been jailbroken since blackra1n days. I just had my 3GS replaced due to a broken lock button. When I Jailbroke it (iOS 4.2.1) through Redsn0w (0.9.6b4) cydia shows my SHSH as (4.2.1+) and i am not able to download shrink or iconoclasm anymore.

Is this a new firmware issue or is this caused by the new cydia? I purchased and used them on my old 3GS (New bootrom) on 4.2.1 with no problem. Never had a problem I couldn't find a solution for until now.

Just curious what may be the cause.

Was able to transfer my purchase history to the new phone and I can now download the packages once again.

hey dude. Im not in the same boat as you, but what I really need to know is if I buy an app through cydia that if i can download it for free..been looking everywhere, came up with nothing. (paying for mywi 4.0 twice would suck!). I was just reading this and saw your 'i was able to transfer my purchase history'. I'm really interested in how to do this, thanks!

You just need to log in through either facebook or gmail.

When you click onto purchase button it will use that login to verify you and link your purchases to your phone.

I just received a replacement phone and after I logged in it associated all my purchases to my new phone. The price button will changes to "Package Purchased" and you can download them without paying again.

my PayPal thing comes through in a day or two so whenever I get it, I'll try and let you know, thanks heaps though

There are actually 2 version of 4.2.1 for 3GS. I dont think there are any differences though.
