cydia crashing

I rarely open my cydia but recently it just wont work. i have no SSH since that is the one that most of the guides tell me to do. I have an iphone 3g ver 3.1.2 modem firmware 05.11.07 unlocked using blackrain.

need help badly and would appreciate the step by step

unfriendly repositories were added.

where do i get ifile? i dont have it installed

this just started happening to me too a few minutes ago after updating ....
after disabling all mobile subtracts addons

now i got no sources / packages / changes .....

WTF!

and i do have iFile ...

i did because not only it disappeared my sources /changes / packages from cydia ... but it was also crashing my mail client....

so I disabled all the addons ....


the last thing I did was update to update:

- Music Controls Pro v1.0.2

- PkgBackup v4.2.4

- ilocalis.com

after that it just went nuts!

any other reason why cydia will load but not show packages /changes /sources ? already tried the permissions fix.....

thanks! bro! .... I think last night was toooo late and I didn't want to loose what I had on my phone so I didn't even considered ....

it worked! .... I jailbroke with limera1n... and didn't loose anything.... cydia is working again correctly
