Packages are all missing in CYDIA - Help?

I just opened cydia and all my packages are gone. I keep geting the Unknown error when try to find a theme to install:

Note: Cannot Locate Package. The package NFCFString cannot be found in your current sources.

All my sources disappeared and I dont know where to find them.

Please help if you can...Thank you!!!

i have the same problem, i noticed the problem after i install bitesms, after that my phone keep on restarting with error wb just crashed. i tried to removed the bitesms but the source all gone.....i hope somebody will help us.....

I don't know if this will help you guys or not, but I used method #2 from this post to resolve my Cydia issue that sounds like it's the same as yours. I used i-FunBox to copy the necessary files over.

I was having the same problem and this worked. Now that it is, can I go back and erase the Cydia file I installed, along with the extra directory?
