Associating Rock with NEW iPhone

Hi,

I cannot associate my new iPhone with cydia (for my rock purchase license of Mywi).

I get the message that my account is already associated. But I did a complete reinstall (factory settings) on my old iPhone that is now sold. And I really need the license in the new iphone 4.

How can I solve this? Unfortunately nobody from Cydia is replying to my question.

I think the mywi license only covers one device and is not free for other devices linked to your account like most apps in cydia are.
