Cydia problem HELP

I'm getting this language message every time I load cydia and it won't let me go no further...
Can any1 tell me how to fix it or of I will have to jailbreak my fone again

From what I see from other users, go to your settings and change your language from British English to English and it should fix the problem.

Any idea how to fix this if I like my phone language to be british english?

help!!!! my cidia wont open after installed i deleted all the things in the updates folder and in the lists folder
