Upgrading iPod, transfer apps?

I am soon going to upgrading my 3g to 4g. I need to transfer all of my cydia apps to the new iPod, anyone have any ideas on the easiest, safest
way to transfer them?

The safest way is just to reinstall them once you get the new iPod. There are some backup apps in cydia though if you want to try them. Not to sure of there names though, something like aptbackup and pkgbackup I think.

Have aptbackup. I think it only works if you upgrade on the same exact ipod. I'll look up pkgbackup though

Ya you may be right, I have never used them myself. I actually enjoy reinstalling everything
