Cydia Upgrade Error

When I open Cydia, I get this message that I need to upgrade. But when I try to upgrade it tells me that I if I upgrade, it will remove some hardware that will not let me use Cydia correctly. So what am I supposed to do? Upgrade or leave it alone?

woooooww!!! push complete upgrade. then it will ask to reboot and you reboot open up and it works.. it always does this

this happened to me, the way that i solved it was re jailbreaking my iphone, so it reinstalls cydia.

as far as i know, there is no other way around this, i even tried the "forced removal" it still did nothing..
