Buying Cydia apps through computer?

Is it possible to buy a Cydia app through the computer? Then just use my iPhone to download it? I'm trying to buy a theme right now, I pick paypal, put my name and password, and then it just gets hung up on Loading with a frozen loading circle over the refresh button. It's been on this screen for about 10 minutes now.

I finally got past the payment and now it hangs up during the install. It gets about 1.4mb into the download and just stops. No errors, nothing. I'm going on about 15 minutes of sitting at this exact spot and it's not moving.
