cydia error: refreshing data PLS HELP

pls help me guys i have problem with cydia
when i open the cydia, it shows me this
"Error:refreshing Data. Method http has died unexpectedly! Sup-
process http recieved signal 5"

my wifi is connected and i dont know what to do pls help

Have you tried this on a different WIFI network?

If you're experiencing Cydia problems, chances are you will have to restore and rejailbreak (if applicable, if not you might have to deal with it till a new jb is out).

I am having the SAME issue. I jailbroke my 3g using redsn0w_win_0.9.6b1 and have had nothing but problems. Here's the ones I know about:

1 - No internet connectivity. The iPhone does not connect to any internet WiFi, 3G, or Edge.

2 - Cydia logo is white. Apparently can be fixed if internet connection is available...

3 - The phone app (to use the phone) has disappeared.

4 - Calls can still be received, but no one can hear you and you can't hear them. Text still functions (thanks gaWd).

5 - Can no longer backup, restore, or sync with iTunes. I may be a nub here, but that is a big problem if you want your ol' phone back.

I've rebooted, reinstalled, searched forums and googled, all to no avail. SOMEONE, shed some light on this and bail us out!
