No option to purchase in Cydia

There is no option to purchase, only to install. When I try install by itself it says something like "this has to be purchased".

What do I do?

if you did the mod to make cydia quicker by not downloading ads, that would be your problem. at least that was my case last week, if this is the case, just change back the file you changed....

I downloaded a pre-changed package.js so I don't have the original .js

WHat should I change or where can I download an original .js file?
