wifi sync help!!!!

on iphone 3gs 4.01 installed wifi sync 1.1 on phone and on pc. both on same network. when trying to pair, iphone just sits and tries to find connection and never does. really want this to work. tried uninstalling still nothing

iTunes 10 breaks it, just like every iTunes version before; Apple really seems to be hell-bent on doing that.

Speaking of which, can anyone here please confirm whether Synchronicity works with Wifi sync? If it does, it'll be absolutely awesome...although I still have to wait for an iTunes 10 fix.
