Cydia Problem with MergeList NO SSH

Hi, I am getting this error on iPad 3G

Error: Database
Problem with MergeList /var/lib/apt/lists/cydia.myrepospace.com_woke3_._Packages

I'been reading about the solution, the problem is I haven't installed OpenSSH, can't SSH my iPad, is there another solution or way to fix this, or do I have to restore my iPad, thanks in advance for any help.

just use diskaid and enter to /var/lib/apt/lists/ and delete the the corrupt source!
