Dock position above than the normal.

Hi, I was testing some apps from cydia, BossPaper and BossPrefs but It wasnt what I was looking for so I removed then from my iPod (3rd Gen, 32GB)
iOS 4.0
But a strage thing happed when I came back to my screen and the dock with the favorites apps (I use the five icon dock also) was little above than the normal)
Do you know what happened and how can I fix it?

obs. The BossPrefs didn't worked with me, It sayd "Initializing Services" but it suddenly shuts down
