veency + chicken of vnc = not working

I have an iPhone 4 running iOS 4.0.1. I'm trying to get VNC working on it.

I have Veency installed and turned on (with the curson off like Saurik said). I use chicken of the vnc on my Mac OS X Snow Leopard to connect.

The connection fails after a matter of seconds. I either get something like "ZlibHex unknown subencoding 51 encountered" or "Unknown rectangle encoding...". Both cause everything to quit.

How do I fix this? It is so annoying.
