Notes during Call & copy-paste function for a whole appointments???

Hi,
I am a New user of iPhone 3GS
recently updated to OS 4 and
jailbroken and i haven't managed so far to find an App. nor some add-on to achieve a couple of functions I really think they are very useful.
1.Need to create notes during a cal that they will be connected with the phone (incoming or outgoing) nr and the date &
2.Very useful if we could copy-paste a whole appointment in callendar to another date so we don't have to write everything again.
If anyone can help suggesting some app. or creating one I would be very greatfull and I thing many other users too.
