I am in the same exact situation as you. The error that comes up when trying to uninstall from cydia is "subprocess pre-removal script returned error exit status 127"

    I'm at a loss....

Was there ever a resolution to this? I just had that happen and had a heck of a time restoring to 4.0.1.

Read in another post about this and the solution was this is a problem with fcsb and usually requires restore and rejailbreak, sorry.
