lockscreen help(missing to bar)

Hi there, I'm new to this forum so I'm not sure if I'm posting this question in the right place so i apologize in advance if I shouldn't have posted here

anyway, i wanted to download a new weather app and found one called katras weather. I installed this only to find that it replaces the lock screen and that it is in fact a theme. i didn't want this so i de-activated it from winter board and deleted the theme from cydia. now however, i have my old lock screen but with no top bar showing the date and time. It is completely gone. Can anyone please tell me how to get this back possibly without restoring? i would hate to restore right now and i have tried goggling my problem but with no results. Please help, thank you
