iphone3g stuck at the boot up screen-help please
I have noticed during the past 2-3 weeks I was getting a "no service" message on the top left where your cell provider is listed. This morning I got that again and tried a hard reboot but my phone keeps getting stuck on the "pineapple" screen. Nothing happens after that
((
Any idea what I can try to do to get the phone to boot up?
Thanks
I tried doing a restore via DFU mode but when I select the FW to add to my iphone, it progresses almost to the end but gets stuck.
Thus I can't do anything.
any help is much appreciated-desparate times, desperate measures

Download Ireb, google it!
Do the shift restore or option restore which ever you have!
When the progress gets almost to the end and quits run Ireb and choose I beleive recovery exit or something like that and it will kick your iphone out of the loop and when your iphone reboots you will have the firmware you chose on the phone and ready to go!

If you have Itunes on your PC yes you can do this!
I have done it myself before and I have both PC and Mac
Do NOT use Irecovery if you have Windows 7 as it will crash it and you will have to do a system restore! Its about the drivers it installs!
Ireb has caused me no problems!
