I will try your way. Maybe there are more people who have this problem?

At First i thought this was a new problem but after searching, it looks like it has happened before.

I just upgraded to iOS4 on my 3gs and now I can't add any sources into Cydia.. it just hangs on "Downloading Packages"

I tried deleting the sources from cydia.list in /etc/apt/sources but it didn't work. I then decided to be a smarta$$ and delete the whole cydia.list now I lost all the repos I added and I can't add them back!!

    Help anyone?

First of all. Do you still have the GPG keys of the repositories? Check over the console with
    apt-key list
My iPhone gives the following output:
    Code:
    /usr/bin/apt-key: line 161: run-parts: command not found
    /etc/apt/trusted.gpg

If you have the keys you can add the repositories manually into the cydia.list in /private/etc/apt/sources.list.d.
