Cydia Source Errors

Hi Every one.

I am sure some or most of you have had or currently have this issue.
I'm sure there is an easier way to fix it than the annoyingly time consuming way i am currently doing it.

Just watch the video and check out what is happening.

If anyone has a solution (aside from re-jail-breaking) please comment on this thread and/or the video itself.

In the video you have some sources that contain cracked apps , which we don't tolerate here...but if your having all those errors just delete the old sources...that's all you have to do...

i dont use those sources any more.

i delete them, then every time i add say david's beta source they reappear without me adding them again.

is there a cache file else where on the iPhone that i should be deleting?

any ideas. I don't want to have to re-jailbreak again.
I removed these sources ages ago. But every time I add a new one and the sources refresh they reappear. I have no idea how to stop this happening. There must be a better solution than editing the sources file and deleting apt contents
