looking for dock prefs

I saw this tonight, its a launcher for your apps. You slide your finger up from the dock and it open a wheel like launcher for all your apps. I think it was call Dock Prefs but I cant find it in the Cydia Store. What repo is this in?

Doesn't fully work for 3.0. But u can install it just search in cydia. The reason it doesn't fully work is if u try to open an app that is hidden by sbsettings or is in a categories folder it'll go to safe mode. But oter than that it works well

I tried to search for it but its not showing up. I was wondering if its in a certain repo that I needed to add.

When u search in cydia it's just called dock
