If anyone was wondering for example they were having conflicts with an app that was recently updated and the older version didn't give them any problems and want to roll back to that older version there is a way to fix this. First you need to have open ssh installed on your phone and know how to ssh. Then your going to ssh into Var/root/media once in media your going to create a folder name it Cydia then inside the Cydia folder your going to make another folder called AutoInstall with the caps for both folders. In the AutoInstall folder your going to drag the deb files of the older versions of what ever app you want and then you reboot your phone. It make take 2-3 reboots but it works and you will see it in cydia. Just make sure before you ssh the deb file that you have removed the newer version from cydia. Hoped this helped out anyone.
