Stolen theme
Suppose someone else copies your theme and posts it as their own in Cydia. Namely, someone named Dan Zimmerman posted wĕdaPanel as a Cydget widget - without permission.
Do I have a recourse for getting this removed?

Who's repo? I have spoken to owners before when this has happened, most are cool and will remove it.

You could always re-release it under your name, unless you don't want it released publicly. Since it seems to be popular and you spent some time developing, you could also ask for donations.

Thanks. I want to address the settings - as in make them easier to set - before I release to Cydia. I've been searching for info. on the Cycript framework (available to Cydgets), but as yet haven't found any documentation on how to use it or it's capabilities...

Yeah we cant/wont verify all work before releasing on our repo...but if there ever is a problem like this, we will correct it if brought to our attention.

Not sure what is what. The Weather cydget is authored by D. Zimmerman as posted on Cydia, in MMi repo. ???
Anyways, instructions on changing settings would be appreciated.
