I cant find an app

I dont think this is the correct part of this forum, but not sure where to ask....

I reinstalled my phone from scratch, and there was one app that I cant remember the name of.

When you open it it shows a small image of each of the screen starting at the home screen so you can quickly get to each one without having to flick from screen to screen. You just click on the mini image of the screen and you go directly there.

Does anyone know the name of this app?
