How can I install Cydia without wi-fi?

Hey, I'm not new to hacking, and I've just got an iPod Touch. I jailbroke it (3G 8GB FW 3.1.1) using blackra1n. Problem is, I don't have wi-fi, so I can't install Cydia, and iFunBox and other, similar programs list it a jailed. I can use Cyder for application downloading, but right now I just need a way to download Cydia itself.

I was gonna say install it with a deb file but even then you need wi-fi to download terminal.
