TSS Request . . . Stupid question of the day

This jailbreaking is all new to me so please bear with me and I hope I am posting in the right place and properly. I have a 3Gs with 3.1.2 firmware and installed blackra1n and cydia. I can get the apps on the Iphone and they work but can someone tell me what the "this device has a pending TSS request" means.

It means that it is waiting in line for Cydia to save your phones ECID SHSH which is required to bypass Apple's new firmware verification. It's a good thing.
