Ok guys I need help. I have cydia apps installed on my phone but when i go into cydia>manage>apps and sources, my packages arent listed there! So do i just reinstall/overwrite the packages or is there away to make Cydia recognize my already installed cydia apps? PLEASE HELP, thanks

I had the same problem. Ended up having to restore my custom firmware and start over.

Lol, this happened to me today. I'm running 3.1.2 on my iPhone 3G. I installed icy with cydia already on my iPhone with a bunch of packages. I was just trying out icy. When i deleted icy it made all my packages disappear, but they were still on the phone. Like sbsettings was still working, but it wasn't listed under packages. Weird huh?

    Default Definitely an issue...

Same thing happened to me... Been working fine until now. Must be a fix coming.

How to fix Cydia source / repo errors.

Yeah same problem. I haven't found any issues overwriting the apps. Very time consuming though. A fix would be nice

I did the exact same thing; simply reinstalled all of the apps.
