    Unhappy System Partition is full (OS 3.0)

    Hi ModMyI-Community,
    I have a problem with my jailbroken iPod Touch 2G running OS 3.0.
    My System Partition is full...
    I am not able to install any Cydia Apps anymore, each time I try it, there comes a Buffer Write error or so.
    I know that in OS 2.x I could have deleted some Cydia Apps and installed BossTools, but i am not able to install this under OS 3.0

    So can ya plz help me?

    you need to restore to a custom firmware with a larger partition
    1.1.1>1.1.2>1.1.4>2.0>2.1>2.2>3.1>3.1.2 blackra1n'd

    And how do i get a larger System partition?
    Can I do this with Pwnage Tool?
    I ask because I jailbroke with redsn0w, where I didnt have to restore with a modified firmware.

    Ah, i just found a guide to jailbreak with Pwnage Tool and there is explained how to enlarge the system Partition, too...

    yes, I'd like to know too. What is a normal or good size partition? I'm used to using quickpwn and I never messed with it before.

    I just saw that PwnageTool is released for mac only, but I do only have a windows pc?
    Is there any way to increase the system partition with Windows?
