Cydia buttons do not respond after bonehead changes

ok ok i know this is a bonehead move. no idea what i was thinking at the time. 3GS 16gb

1. I moved my settings.app to the dock in sbsettings.

2. i enabled a text to voice thing in settings.app which said it would change the gestures of the phone. for example(3 fingers to swipe screen left or right, double click everything...)

i now cannot get into sbsettings, settings.app, and my next idea was to install bossprefs to get access to settings.app

cydia loads but doesnt respond to any buttons

any ideas?

was just going to restore but just found out yesterday thats not a choice!
