Looking for an app after SSH into iphone

Gents, I was curious if anyone can direct me to the location of my Tom Tom app stored on my iphone. Reason being is that I want to change the icon (app) text to something else besides US-Canada. I SSH'd into the phone but am having difficulty locating the app folder. Appreciate any help as to it's /path...

The app folders are named by their serial number, so if u have a lot of apps, it takes a while to find the right one.
