I did it again, Help?

Ok, once again i updated then jailbroke, and i messed up once again. I use catigories so that i can consolidate my mess of apps. When i got done with the jailbreak i went to install my stuff again, however being it was in one of the folders i made its not showing up anymore. Any ideas how to get that folder to show up again, that or can i remove the folder via iphone browser so that i can just start over with my apps?

If you are running 3.0 Use Search type in the name and use the program that way to make it show up again

settings/general/restrictions enable then disable it will bring them back.
