Error '''' /var/log/apt/ '''' Directory Missing

Every time I install something from CYDIA, I get /VAR/LOG/APT/ Missing Directory ERROR message. I can still install the application and it works, but why I start getting this error.
Please somebody help me. I tried to create this directory in IFILE, but I cant.

Im having the same issue but I cant tell if it is hyndering anything.
I cant the envy sbsettings to work but others will work

Not sure if anything can be done about this since the first post was over a year ago and nobody replied
