Springboard Crashes?

i recently used clear cydia cache and i got cydia workin again on my phone but when i reboot my phone it goes into safe mode sayin that the springboad crashed. then i reset it and it goes back to nornal until i reboot. why does it do that? do i have to restore my phone? please help!!!! and

I had this happen after installing a Cydia tool, Lockdown or some Safari program, something that is always running. I just deleted the 2 programs I downloaded just before it started crashing and it works fine.

It is probably an app that's running in the background. Check your processes using SBSettings and see what's running all the time. If there is nothing then perhaps a full restore is best. But just install your system apps one at a time so you know which one may be causing the problem.

Bit of a pain but may be the best way.
