Cydia not displaying all packages??

[DAH]

I have a 32 GB 3GS, and Cydia IS NOT displaying all packages for me. I have installed GPower version 1.0 I am told version 3.0 is out there, yet I can not find it with my 3GS. I have no filters enabled on my Cydia. At this point if I search for GPower only one listing shows up, and this is for version 1.0. Yet today 7/29/2009 I see updates for iProtect to version 1.1 and for iStream to version 1.1. as well as an Apache BossPrefs Switch.

If I go to | Manage | Packages | GPower | "Change Package Settings" I have "Show All Changes" turned on.

And I have Cydia set to developer, so all filters should be off....
