iNav lost apps folder!!!!! PLEASE HELP!!

Hello i just installed and set up the iNav on my phone with no problems and it was running perfectly. I installed a new iNav theme through winterboard and something got screwed up and now i no longer have the apps folder, my cydia and winterboard are in the folder and i cant get to them to uninstall the theme. Please help i do not wanna restore my phone and screw it up even more. Thank you!!!
