How do you access this folder? Var/lib/cydia list etc...?? Im new to this and im interested to know if a warez repo is potentially hazardous for my device's health and my data's security. Moreover, im interested to know if theres a way to know how do i find out if my idevice is ridden with spyware, malware, and things of the sort...

You usually don't need to edit any folders or files if you just want to delete a source. Just go to Manage -> Sources and remove it. (Or uninstall the relevant package if you installed the source via a package.)
Anyway, warez sources have a lot of potential for problems and I recommend avoiding them. I don't know of any malware secretly installed if you use them, but there's also very little oversight. Best to stick to the default repositories, which have people maintaining them for a living and a whole legitimate community supporting them and using them.
