I have tried to remove snes4iphone in packages.But anytime i do this it removes it and then reinstalls it.Our when i try to install any kind of package it wants to install snes4iphone also.I just want to see if anyone can tell me how to delete it for good. Thanks

Not sure, but did you load another app in association with this one or have it in a categories folder?
perhaps you could SSH into your phone and remove it manually. I'm sure someone else will be more help than me, I've never used this app.

You can try cydelete from cydia.
