    Default Apps open then close

    I have an iphone 2nd gen (2.2.1) that is jailbroken using quickpwn. Some apps that i download will open to a black screen for about one second then it closes back to the springboard. I have tried restarting my phone which doesnt help. Some 3rd party apps work fine. Google has been no help so far.

    Apps that wont open so far are:

    MySMS using cydia to install
    gameboy4iphone using both cydia to install and SSH


    Any ideas?

    What other apps do you have installed? Have you installed anything using Installer?
    By 2nd Gen you mean a 3G phone?

    I also sometimes get this problem,,,

    my sims3 does it quite alot - im planning on upgrading the phone from 2.2 to 2.2.1 so ill let you know if that makes a difference
