cydia apps offline

hey guys... i'm new to the scene of apple and its iphone but have been reading up quite alot and am just beginning to enjoy it all!
Well i have a small query and hope any of you can help me out!

My iphone 2g has no wifi connectivity as it has the "No WIFI" error and is greyed out. So when i need to install applications off of cydia, i have to download off gprs which is quite costly on the telecom package thats available to me. I need to know if there's a website that i can download applications and software like mipatch, SBS settings, **********, etc that are available only off the repos.

Well if you have a computer at home with an internet connection you can download a program called Cyder. It is like iTunes, but for native apps. You can add sources, see updates, and sync them to your phone.

Glad it helped. I have been using this for a while. It beats doing it on the phone
