The is an app in Cydia that will give all available sourses.

yes, there is one in cydia.
i highly recommend NOT installing it.. i did. i was ready to kill myself
most of them are foreign, have crap, or dont work anymore.

and when you start cydia and it downloads packages.
it has to go through them ALL and download them all.
it takes freakin forever.. i highly recommend NOT installing.

If you want to find a package and want to know which repo it's in, you can use Hungarian CydiaDB beta. It's in hungarian, but I guess the interface speaks for itself.

As previous poster said, it's not advisable to add too many sources to your sources.list if you mainly use Cydia to install packages.
