Whats the problem with cydia?Don't you have it?You can get it when you jailbrake your phone.Also you can use app store to get other apps...

when i open cydia it doesn't stay open, it loads for a few seconds an then it goes back to the home sceen, please help.

I don't know why some people have trouble with it.Ok,maybe you need to delete some sources that are not allowing it to open.Ssh into your phone&go to var/lib/apt/lists and delete all the sources.I hope it helps...

ssh is something u get from cydia which doesnt open for u so u cant get it
that allows u to view the system files of ur phone onto ur pc or mac

if u dont have ssh on ur iphone the only other solution is to re-jailbreak again
