Question Why is cydia not visible?

I just recently upgraded to firmware 2.2.1 on my iphone 3g and finally got arround to re-jailbreaking it. I used the newest version of quickpwn. Everything went great until i looked at my springboard and didnt see cydia anywhere.... But when i looked in iphone browser i can see cydia is installed under my applications and that my phone is jailbroken.

So does anyone know how to make cydia visible and has anyone had this happen to them?

    Thanks in Advance.

Edit: Sorry just found a old old situation where this happened.

Fix for anyone else is to go into settings and enable restrictions and then return to home screen and go back into settings and disable restrictions.

here did you find the solution? im curious now as to wether this is something to do with bigboss or not.. did you have SBSettings installed from a previous jailbreak with cydia and installer hidden?

I was using sbsettings and had cydia and winterboard hiden. And I had to search "hidden cydia" to find the original post with the fix.
