I was wondering, are there any RSS Feeds of the Cydia repositories?

Yes of course,most of them have.Just search their web sites.Also u can check apple store out.

Well, wouldn't it be nice to have one feed of all the repositories
to see changes and additions?
With title, source, brief description and eventual one screenshot.
I think that would reduce traffic for the repositories and Cydia only needs
to be started if necessary, since it takes some time to load and refresh.
