General Confusion

Hey, so I loaded the jailbreak program and everything with that, and loaded that BiteSMS program from Cydia. Long story short, BiteSMS isn't as nice as I thought it was, and I'm quite confused on how to uninstall it. I'm very new to all of this and just loaded Jailbreak yesterday. I also just read that I can't update my phone anymore after I've jailbroken it, is that true? I've got quickpwn, if that helps. I'm way over my head. Help!

To uninstall a cydia app, go back into cydia. On the bottom click Mange, then Packages, scroll down to BiteSMS, on the top right click on modify and then Remove icon.

No. Just wait until any update has been pwned before updating.
Best thing to do is not update until you read it's safe to do so but it doesn't usually take long!
